Having trained over 2000 new coaches and leaders seeking to become more coach like, I provide a high standard of facilitation services, as well as course design, to serve the needs of your business transformation. For coaches and other helping professionals my personal development programs and professional development master classes provide an opportunity for to progress your own healing and learning journey.

Facilitation

I have been a senior faculty member of the Co-Active Training Institute for the last 10 years, and also serve on the executive and team coach training faculty at Brown University via ACT leadership. At both organisations I have led the training of new faculty. As a leadership development trainer, I have trained leaders inside organisations such as BASF, IDEO, Mozilla Group, Google, Medtronic, Roche, Henkel, the US Overseas Development Agency and the US Navy. As well as facilitating your programs, I can also train your trainers in the art of co-facilitation and experientially driven learning.

Workshop Design

I have designed leadership development programs inside organisations like Mozilla organisation, and Roche, helped redesign the accreditation curriculum inside the Co-Active Training Institute, and, the intemediate training programs at ACT Leadership; and designed my own coach training programs for groups and individuals. With my background as a journalist and scriptwriter I offer insight and creative flair to create immersive experiential training experiences.
